Wed. August 4, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, Maureen was sitting in the recliner, relaxing

4:30pm, bathroom, sat on commode, cleaned and changed, med wet pull-ups, no activity on toilet. We brought her back to the recliner until dinner.

6:00pm, dinner, brought to kitchen, transferred to the Geri chair. Maureen had chicken with sauce, macaroni salad and a full cup of water.

7:00pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce and 7.5ml VIMPAT, followed by oral care, cleanup and Sandra’s spa. Afterwards, we got ready for bed. Sandra thoroughly cleaned Maureen, she noticed a bit of fecal matter in the perennial area. 7:30pm, Maureen’s pull-ups was heavy wet, to diaper and put to bed on her left side, asleep by 8:15
