Wed. August 18, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, Maureen was in her recliner, sitting comfortably watching tv, drinking water from time to time.

Carolyn stopped by for a visit and dropped off dinner.

4:30pm, bathroom, heavy wet pull-up, cleaned and changed, no activity on toilet after 15 minutes, returned to recliner.

6:00pm, dinner time, breakfast casserole with a full cup of water.

7:00pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral care, cleanup, fresh t-shirt and lotion applied to face, arms and hands.

7:35pm transferred to bed from Geri chair using the HOYER lift. Her pull-up was heavy wet, cleaned her up and applied a little Desetin to her bottom, due to some minor redness, and she peed again. Cleaned up and changed to a fresh diaper.

7:50pm, Vick’s applied to chest and CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes. Laying on her left side and asleep by 8:30.
