Monday 6-16-26 daytime summary update

9:30 am - Maureen is awake, we sat her up and gave her 75 mg of Levothyroxine with applesauce and Albuteral breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6 oz of water with Thick it .

Morning care , we changed Maureen's diaper it was med wet with large VD orderless and brownish , we applied sure prep to her Sacrum area and Cavilon between her thighs, we washed her extremities with warm purple wipes than dressed her for the day .

10:30 am transferred Maureen into the living room &was given 20ml of cough syrup and 10mg of Loratadine.

11:00- Breakfast was given 1 waffle with grape jelly and butter and diced kiwi

11:30 am Shelly came checked Maureen for diaper rash all is good and weekly check up

12:00pm Maureen finished 8 oz of apple juice with Thick it .Applied facial and hand cream, and did oral care

1:15pm yogurt , 10 oz lemon water with Thick it 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her afternoon rest , she was dry and positioned to the right.

3:15pm - Maureen was light wet w/medium VD we changed her and transferred her to the living room for the afternoon.

3:30 pm we gave Maureen a albuteral breathing treatment & she finished 10 oz of coconut water with Thick it . We checked her diaper it was dry.

4:30 pm Dinner , Orange chicken and diced beets

5:15 pm - we gave 20 ml of cough medicine 5 mg of Olanzpine and 12.5 mg of Zimpat . We also give 10 oz of sparkling water.

5:45 pm - oral care

6Pm - we transferred Maureen to her bed for bedtime. We washed her face and hands applied lotion to her legs and feet, .Maureen was dry with small BM .

Maureen has a mark on her left foot, Tom has pictures since Saturday it appears brighter , not hot to the touch we applied Hydrocortisone cream
