Thursday June 16, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress.

We check the left foot its still red

On her right foot sensitive to touch color same as yesterday very light.

9:40AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. And give her Neb treatment with nebulizer .

she drink 6oz of thickened cold water.

No cough.

10:41AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry  with medium  VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. We shampoo her hair too.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM- Breakfast- Scrambled egg with onions, tomatoes and cheese with kiwi, finished 8oz thickened orange juice.Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

11:30AM -Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

11:40AM- Maureen is closing her eye for a nap

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and fruit Yogurt for as fruit snack.

No cough

2:00PM-  Neb treatment with Albuterol.

2:15PM-We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet and has Large very soft BM , We cleaned and changed her, position her to face the right side.

Carolyn and Colleen visit Maureen today.
