Sunday, 12/11/2022 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Came in and Tom at bedside with Maureen talking, taking time before getting started for the day.

*Cooked and prepared Egg Omelette (onions, tomatoes and cheese) for breakfast.

8:30AM - Maureen ready to get her day started. Diaper heavy wet. Me and Faith did sponge bath using the purple wipes (warmed), no redness on skin folds and diaper area. Cleaned and changed.

Exercises on the upper and lower extremities done. Headed to the kitchen for breakfast with Tom. @9:15AM.

9:20AM - Started with 1/2 tab Levothyroxine with applesauce before breakfast.

Breakfast was omelette, banana, 8oz prune juice, and a cup of water.

Maureen enjoyed breakfast very much. Coughed 3x. Administered the rest of meds after eating, Lisinopril and Loratadine with applesauce.

9:55AM - Oral care. Gums not swollen, no bleeding.

10:20AM - Pushed bar one notch to recline Geri chair for Maureen's comfort. Did facial and hand care. Maureen enjoyed the facial care and was a 'lil sleepy while it was performed.

Maureen's relaxing after facial routine while waiting for Deacon Andy to arrive, and a 'lil bit quite. Maureen has stuffy nose and a bit congested.

11:10AM - Deacon Andy came in for the Sunday service. Maureen was sleepy all throughout the service.

11:30AM - Organic mixed smoothie time! Maureen enjoyed a good cup although she was having a hard time because of the congestion but able to coughed out the phlegm. Tom performed nasal suction to clear out mucus for easy breathing and comfort.

11:55AM - Headed Maureen to the bedroom for #1 Rest Break. Diaper M wet. Cleaned and changed with the use of green wipes with Aloe Vesta and applied Cavilon cream. Rest break started at 12:09PM, Maureen facing at the right side of bed.

1:00PM - End of Rest Break #1. We decided to shorten rest break to get back on schedule. Maureen's diaper is light wet, we did a clean and change before heading to the kitchen for lunch.

1:15PM - Lunch is a bowl of vegetable soup, coconut water and a cup of water. Maureen in good spirit and being chatty while enjoying lunch. Coughed 1 time.

1:40PM - Faith performed oral care. No swollen and bleeding on gums.

2:08PM - Maureen getting ready and headed to the bedroom for Rest Break #2. Diaper light wet, cleaned and changed. Maureen lying down on her left side starting at 2:20PM.

3:15PM - Rest Break #2 ends. Maureen was pretty dry. Headed to the sitting room to watch her favorite game show while sitting on the lift recliner.

3:28PM - Snack time. Mixed fruits. Maureen enjoyed it very much. Coughed 2 times. Also enjoying a piece of pumpkin cookie at this time.

5:45PM - Started heading to the bedroom for a clean and change. Diaper was heavy wet. Maureen urinated while we're cleaning. Cleaned and changed with green wipes and Aloe Vesta.

6:10PM - Dinner, 1 piece of cut up pizza and a cup of water. Maureen's energy beginning to get low while having dinner. Coughed once.

6:40PM - Vimpat 12.5ml and Olanzapine 5mg with applesauce administered.

6:55PM - Performed oral care. No swelling and bleeding.

Cleaned Maureen. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick's.

7:15PM - Headed Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper is dry. Applied Cetaphil cream on both feet. Position - sleeping on right side.
