Tuesday, September 5, 2023 Swing Shift Summary

4:00 PM. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching Game shows

**giving her sips of water in between

4:45 PM. BP was manually taken 115/75, pulse 79 bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was chicken bbq with potatoes and corn which Muareen enjoyed. She also finished a whole cup of lemon water

5:30 PM. Maureen had a hiccup episode, had her bite a small slice of lemon. Hiccup gone.

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had small formed bowel movement. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream to perineal area and Cetaphil lotion to upper and lower extremities. Positioned her facing left with 2 wedge pillows and put a pillow in between her legs to avoid pressure injury.
