Tuesday September 21, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner comfortably.

• 6:08pm Maureen’s diaper is heavy wet So we headed to the bathroom. After 10 minutes, Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels.

• 6:25pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate pot roast, steamed carrots, and mashed potatoes with a cup of water.

• 6:58pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 7:10pm Removed Maureen’s upper and lower partials and proceeded with oral care. 7:45pm, Her t-shirt was changed and we used the Hoyer lift to transfer to her bed, changed dry pull-ups to a fresh diaper, applied MUPIROCIN, Vick’s and CICLOPIROX after cleaning her with the CAVILON spray and a washcloth, laying on her right side and asleep by 8:30
