4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.
4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.
4:50pm Dinner: Rolled Dover Sole with eggplant and broccoli, and half cup of lemon water. Coughed twice.
5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:00pm Oral care.
6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.
6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
Vitals: Temp: 97.6, pulse: 69, O2: 96.
