Tuesday September 13, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner, watching tv.

• 4:30pm Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

• 6:00pm We headed to the bedroom. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed and headed to the kitchen after.

• 6:10pm Dinner - beef casserole and spinach medley with a cup of water. Small sliver of chocolate cake for dessert. One cough.

• 7:15pm 5mg Olanzapine with applesauce and 10mL Vimpat.

• 7:19pm Oral care.

• 7:23pm Night time facial routine. Vicks applied to chest.

• 7:35pm We headed to the bedroom. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned, changed, and applied 3M barrier cream. Maureen is lying on her left side.

• Vitals @ bedtime: Temp 97.9°, pulse 86, O2 95%.
