Tuesday, Sept 30, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s calmly waking up, receptivo to sips of water soon after.

• 8:30am Maureen is sleepy.

• 8:50am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:52am Blood pressure: 100/60.

  Pulse: 56

  O2: 98

• 8:56am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:05am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin barrier wipe to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:25am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:27am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 10:05am Oral care

• 10:15am Facial routine performed.

• 10:25am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed alert all the way.

• Once back home, Maureen had 10oz of electrolyte drink.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-soft BM. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Gnocchi with marinara sauce and bratwurst, avocado and 9oz coconut water. Maureen coughed four times during meal.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a large-formed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:35pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 9oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 45oz.
