• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 109/60.

  Pulse: 80

  O2: 97

• 4:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Cod with miso sauce, peas, cauliflower with cheese and 9oz root beer. Maureen coughed four times, sneezed once and her nose was runny during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.4

   Pulse: 80

   O2: 91

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
