• 4:00pm Maureen’s finishing her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Chicken, spinach, tomato, peppers and cheese casserole, by Carolyn , and half cup of ginger tea. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Virals: temp: 97.5, Pulse: 72, O2: 97.
