• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 111/62.

  Pulse: 63

  O2: 95

• 4:40pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce and 7oz apple juice. Maureen coughed five times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.9

   Pulse: 70

   O2: 96

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
