8:00AM - Came in with an already awake Maureen lying on her back. According to Dalia Maureen was up already when she arrived.

**Dalia administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:15AM - We started Maureen's day by washing her upper body with warmed purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changer her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on diaper folds. Finished dressing the headed to the kitchen.

8:25AM - Breakfast started with sips of coffee with pumpkin spice creamer, 8oz prune juice with 1/2 cap MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 1 tsp of flaxseed, and yogurt. No coughs.

Daily dose of MiraLAX - 1/2 cap

8:40AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

8:55AM - Oral care.

9:05AM - Facial and hand care routine.

9:15AM - Went outside for a walk. It's a nice day today!

10:20AM - Came back from our walk outside. Very good weather today. Maureen enjoyed the walk and awake the whole time. Finished her 1cup of lemon water.

10:30AM - BP: 110/70, 70bpm

11:00AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st restbreak. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Positioned to face her right side starting at 11:10am.

12:10PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Finished dressing Maureen then headed to the kitchen.

12:20PM - Lunch is beans soup, steamed baby carrots and hummus, 12 oz of sparkling water, and yogurt. Maureen enjoyed her dinner. Coughed once.

12:50PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch after for Maureen's comfort.

1:30PM - Maureen sittint comfortably and awake on chair. Coughed twice and able to coughed up phlegm, we used suction machine to aid.

2:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her thoroughly. Positioned to face left side starting at 2:15pm.

3:15PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry, finished dressing then transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:30PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear, melon). Maureen loved the fruit snack as always, had more than half of the lemon water. No coughs.
