• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 107/62.

  O2: 99

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Chicken pasta with peas and mushrooms, baked apple and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed five times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 97.2

   Pulse: 68

   O2: 95

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
