• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:35pm Maureen napped for about 15 minutes.

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 100/60, P 71.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Shepherds pie, 1/3 cup of lemon water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 97, pulse: 71, O2:97.
