Tuesday, November 28, 2023: Swing Shift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room watching Game show.

4:25 PM. Checked diaper, it was dry.

4:30 PM. BP was 115/65 and pulse was 69 bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was pork tenderloin, apple, onion and krautand a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 2x

5:50 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:10 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:25 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. She also peed while we were changing her. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.

Pulse: 70 bpm

O2: 98%
