• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 111/61.

  O2: 96

• Maureen napped for about 30 minutes before dinner.

• 5:00pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken pasta with 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:10pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 97.0

   Pulse: 110

   O2: 99

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
