• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure 106/79, P 66.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s light wet.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Chicken and broccoli casserole and half cup of ginger tea. Coughed four times.

• Maureen napped for about 40 minutes on the recliner, her eyes where still closed staring dinner, thankfully, she managed to eat everything, waking up in the process.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a Small-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 97.1, pulse: 66, O2: 96.
