Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025 - Daytime update

• 9:00am Maureen is awake lying on her left side. As per Marianne, she woke up around 8:30, had sips of water via swab and has been sleepy since.

• 9:20am Maureen’s awake we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:22am Blood pressure: 108-62.

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 93

• 9:26am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:38am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room for breakfast.

• 9:58am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:00am Maureen had 9oz of lemon water.

• 10:10am Breakfast: Poached egg with avocado, pear, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 10:45am Oral care followed by facial routine.

• 11:00am Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

• 11:10am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side. She napped for about 20 minutes during break.

• 12:00pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 12:15pm Lunch: Chicken/veggies soup with crackers, and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times during meal.

• 1:05pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 3:25pm Second break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a large-formed BM, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 10oz of electrolyte drink.

• Total liquids ingested: 37oz.
