• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• Even though she is tired by now, Maureen gave us a few smiles.🙏

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 102/60.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Country ribs with coleslaw, baked apple and pear, and half cup of ginger tea. Coughed three times, suction pump used once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a Very small-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. No vaginal discharge observed. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 96.8, pulse: 62, O2: 98.
