• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:25pm Blood pressure: 110/60.

  Pulse: 77

  O2: 97

• 4:30pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Ravioli with tomato sauce and 8oz of apple juice. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed once during meal. Suction pump used twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.5

   Pulse: 87

   O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
