• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in the recliner watching games show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Porkshop, smashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts and 3/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.5, Pulse: 64, O2: 96.
