• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 102/63, P67.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Chicken casserole with mac, cheese, spinach, pineapple/mango sauce, and 4oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times, suction pump used twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 64

  O2: 99

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
