• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner finishing her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:35pm Blood pressure: 109/63, P76.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Manicotti with cheese, sausage and sauce, and 6oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during dinner.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Temp: 97.5

  Pulse: 86

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
