Tuesday, May 20, 2025 Daytime update

  • 8:00am Maureen’s waking up, accepted sips of water via swab afterward.

  • 8:30am Maureen is sleepy.

  • 8:55am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 9:00am Blood pressure: 105/62, P63.

  • 9:05am Merianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath, no redness observed. Diaper is dry and clear, dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 9:25am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

  • 9:27am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, poached egg with avocado and pear, and 6oz prune juice.

  • No Miralax administered

  • 10:15am Oral care.

  • 10:25am Facial routine performed.

  • Maureen stayed alert the rest of the morning, in the meantime, she had 5oz lemon water.

  • 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-cloudy vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area, then positioned on her right side.

  • 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 12:45pm Lunch: Sweetpea soup, chicken salad, beet, and 10oz coconut water. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed once during meal.

  • 1:40pm Oral care.

  • Maureen drank 2oz of lemon water.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium diaper, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:35pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-firmed BM. Dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) , and 2oz lemon water.

  • Total liquids ingested: 34oz.
