Tuesday, May 2 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:00am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Maureen will rest for another 15 minutes.

• 8:45 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Dalia and I washed her upper body. There was still some redness under Maureen's right breast. Applied nystatin. Dressed and transferred her to

• 910 am- Breakfast- Half a smoothie with a couple tbs of oatmeal, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax. One cough. Maureen looks very good this morning, alert and awake.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 9:30 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce.

• 9:35- Morning oral care.

• 9:40 am - Facial routine.

• 10 :30 am- Maureen is relaxing in the chair, having lemon water .

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:15 am.

• 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a very small formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the chair.

• 12:30 pm- Lunch- Broccoli and cheddar soup, fresh tomatoe, cup of lemon water.Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:00 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 1:30 pm- Maureen is relaxing in the chair. She finished her lemon water.

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bed. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon and pear. Maureen coughed twice.
