• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner, finishing her fruit snack.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 108/65, P66.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Chicken with mashed sweet potato, spinach, baked apple,and 4oz lemon water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream, applied calazinc to left labia. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Temp: 96.6

  Pulse: 70

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
