• 4:00pm Maureen is enjoying the visit of Carolyn while having her fruits.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 116/70, P 67.

• 4:55pm Diaper checked, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken & broccoli casserole, half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon cream. We also applied Cavilon cream to redness spot by her coxis. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.6, Pulse: 61, O2: 98.
