• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 108/64, P62.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Colcannon with beef, cabbage and carrot, and 6oz of lemon water. Coughed and sneezed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Pulse: 65

  O2: 99

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
