Tuesday, March 4, 2025 Daytime update

  • 8:00am Maureen recently woke up, she’s calmed and receptive to sips of water vía swab.

  • 8:40am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 8:45am Blood pressure: 106/58, P61.

  • 8:50pm Merianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:10am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

  • Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

  • 9:12am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice, boiled egg with pear, and 9oz lemon water. Coughed once.

  • No Miralax administered

  • 10:00am Oral care.

  • 10:10am Facial routine performed.

  • Maureen stayed well alert the whole time after breakfast. In the meantime, she had 3oz of lemon water.

  • 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

  • 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper; dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

  • 12:45pm Lunch: Sweetpeas soup, tuna salad with avocado, and 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed once.

  • 1:30pm Oral care.

  • 2:00pm Maureen seats alert while listening to her playlist.

  • Maureen had 5oz of lemon water before her break time.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:35pm Second break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 4oz of lemon water before.

  • Total water intake: 39oz.
