Tuesday March 21, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is resting confortable in the recliner.

• 4:45pm Since Maureen got to the living area, she’s been alert and awake, gave the first smile of the day:).

• 5:00pm Dinner: chicken casserole with veggies and cheese. Maureen enjoyed very much. Coughed twice, sneezed once.

• 6:00pm Evening meds: 12.5 Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine w/Apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Oral care

• 6:30pm Tom and I headed Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper and a md soft bowel movement then applied Cavilon cream. Washed her upper body and applied Hydrocortisone to red spots on her left forearm and right knee, Vicks to her chest and Cetaphil to her lower extremities.

Vitals:

Temp: 97.6, HR: 70, O2: 96.

6:55pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep.
