• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner watching game shows.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 102/60, P 68.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken fajita casserole, half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed! No coughs.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. No redness observed.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97, Pulse: 74, O2: 98.
