• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner eating her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 104/70, p66.

• 4:35pm Maureen’s temperature: 98.

• 4:55pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Ñoqui with meatball and vodka sauce, and 4oz of ginger tea. Maureen enjoyed this dish very much! Coughed and sneezed once.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• Maureen stayed well alert and in good spirits the whole evening.

• 6:20pm Transferred maurey to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
