Tuesday March 17,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:00AM - Morning care, We wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes.Diaper was dry, small VD yellow odorless,We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her bottom and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:35- Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, finished 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:20AM- Oral care.

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM- Cleanse her eyes with wet warm cotton.

12:00 - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz water with lemon, had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and has Large VD yellow odorless. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of coconut water

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:30PM - Dinner - corned beef and cabbage ,Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water.

Coughed once suction.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on bottom and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
