Tuesday March 12, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner watching tv.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s light wet.

• Blood pressure: 114/64, P 70.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Mexican rice with chicken fajita and 3/4 cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during supper.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, cleaned/changed and applied Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs, sacrum and buttock cheeks. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Earlier armpit redness faded.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.2, Pulse: 67, O2: 97.
