Tuesday, June 3, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s awake with tom by her bedside. He tells Maureen recently woke starlet and slightly twitching for a few minutes, accepting sips of water via swab afterwards.

• 8:30am Maureen’s drifting back to sleep.

• 9:00am Maureen’s asleep.

• 9::35am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:40am Blood pressure: 100/60, P 64.

• 9:45am Brian and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs areas. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 10:05am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:07am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, pouched egg, with pear and avocado, and 5oz avocado apple juice. Maureen coughed three times, suction pump used once.

• 10:55am Oral care.

• 11:05am Saline Neb treatment.

• 11:15am Facial routine performed.

• Maureen stayed well alert and relaxed most of the morning, getting tired at the end when it was time for her first rest.

• 12:00m Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Rice and chicken soup and 9oz coconut water. She coughed four times, sneezed twice and her nose was runny during meal, suction pump used once.

• Maureen had 2oz of lemon water.

• 2:45pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-clear vaginal discharge, positioned on her left side.

• 3:35pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:50pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) and 2oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 27oz.
