• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Maureen’s been coughing out phlegm since getting up, we decided to give her a second albuterol and saline Neb treatment.

• 4:55pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Beef taco with rice, and half cup of apple juice. Maureen enjoyed it very much, coughed three times.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Applied nystatin powder to fading redness by left arm fold.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Virals: Temp: 97.8, Pulse: 89, O2: 97.
