8:00AM - Maureen is sleeping soundlessly, lying on her left side.
8:30AM - Maureen is still deeply sleeping.
9:00AM - Maureen is still sleeping.
9:20AM - Maureen woke up a bit distress, arms twitching, eyes wide, pulse rate between 118 -130 bpm for atleast 15 - 18mins. She calmed down after, pulse rate going down to 85 to 75bpm thereafter.
**Gave Maureen sips of water via swab after.
9:50AM - Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
10:05AM - Me and Dalia started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen then, transferred to the kitchen.
10:15AM - Breakfast started late - Maureen had 8oz prune juice with 1/4 cap of MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. No coughs.
10:40AM - Oral care. Followed by facial and hand care routine after.
10:50AM - We went out to the patio - getting sun tan ☺️.
**Maureen closed her eyes 15mins after we got outside for a nap. She was sitting comfortably on her wheelchair and looking relaxed.
12:00PM - We got Maureen inside the house, in time for for 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We positioned to face Maureen on her right side starting at 12:15pm.
1:00PM - 1st rest break ended - a shortened rest break for Maureen since we started late this morning. Diaper was clean and dry. We finished dressing her then, moved to the kitchen.
1:05PM - Lunch was chicken veggie soup, avocado and crackers. Maureen finished a cup of coconut water. No coughs.
**Took a little more time feeding her today because she's not opening her mouth like she used to. Maureen is still a little bit jumpy.
1:55PM - Oral care.
2:05PM - BP: 108/63, P: 76 bpm
2:30PM - Maureen had a quarter a cup of lemon water.
2:40PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was still dry (waited a couple of minutes) then, we positioned Maureen to face her left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Finished dressing then, transferred to the front room.
3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). She had sips of cold ginger tea prior to the fruits.
