Tuesday, June 10, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 108/70, P74.

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Shepherd pie, 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed three times during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 66

  O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
