Tuesday, July 8, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen just woke up. She’s lying on her left with Tom by her bedside, accepting sips of water via swab.

• 8:30am Maureen’s drifting back to sleep.

• 9:15am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:20am Blood pressure: 102/58, P: 56,

  O2: 93.

• 9:25am Marianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, applied Triamcinolone cream to her left hand bump. Clean/change dry diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 9:40am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with cheese, avocado, pear, and 6oz apple juice. Maureen coughed twice, suction pump used once.

• 10:25am Oral care.

• 10:45am Saline Neb treatment.

• 11:00am Facial routine performed.

• As soon as she was done with her morning routine, Maureen relaxed closing her eyes for about 35 minutes.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, inserted a suppository and then positioned on her right side.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Clean/change a dry diaper with an X-large soft BM. Dressed and headed Maureen to the living room.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Lamb soup, chicken salad with beet, and 9oz sparkling water (by tbsp). She sneezed and coughed three times during meal.

• 1:50pm Oral care.

• Maureen stayed well alert the rest of the time.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple/banana) with 2oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 26oz.
