• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• Nasal oxigen ON

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/57, P: 92,

  O2: 94.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Chicken with sauce, squash and spinach, and 2oz ginger tea. She coughed twice, suction pump used once.

• 5:35pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 97.1

         Pulse: 105

         O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
