4:00pm, Maureen was relaxing in her recliner, watching TV

5:15, manually transferred to the day chair and went to the bathroom. Her pull-up was medium wet and had a small formed BM, cleaned very well and put new pull-up on.

6:00, dinner, pork chops, applesauce, broccoli and a full cup of water

7:15, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml VIMPAT, oral care and then cleanup. Cleaned and changed a lite wet, pull-up, put on fresh diaper, little Desetin and CICLOPIROX on big toes.

7:45, bedtime and fell asleep by 8:45

SHE CONSUMED APPROXIMATELY 4.5 CUPS OF WATER TODAY
