2:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the chair

2:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her.

We positioned her on the left side at 2:25 pm.

3:25 pm: Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry.

Dressed and headed to the front room.

3:35 pm: Fresh fruit snack: watermelon, pear and kiwi.

3:50pm: Maureen's BP is 138/109

5:00 pm: dinner: Meatboll pasta, carrots and potatos.

3/4 cup of wather.

Maureen coughed five times during the dinner. 6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
