Tuesday, July 22, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s awake, accepting sips of water with Tom by her bedside.

• 8:30am Maureen is still sleepy.

• 9:10am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:15am Blood pressure: 105/58, P: 61, O2: 97.

• 9:20am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 9:40am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:50am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:55am 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with fresh pear, and 6oz of prune juice with 1/2 cap of MiraLAX. Maureen coughed three times (mostly dry), sneezed once during breakfast.

• MiraLAX dosage: 1/2 cap.

• 10:25am Oral care and facial routine performed.

• Maureen seems to be feeling much better today. She sounds less phlegmy, ate and drank without difficulty, and is sitting relaxed and alert after her morning routine.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed Maureen to the living room.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Spinach soup (blended), chicken salad with beet, and 7oz coconut water.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi), with 4oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 26oz.
