• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner finishing her fruit snack while watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 112/78, P76.

  O2: 97.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken Masala with 6oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
