Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is calmily awake with Tom by her side. He tells, she woke up recently and was a little jumpy for a few minutes.

• 8:30am Maureen went back to sleep.

• 9:00am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:05am Blood pressure: 100/58, P60.

  O2: 95.

• 9:10am Merianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 9:30am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• Maureen had 9oz of lemon water before Neb treatment.

• 9:40am Saline and albuterol Neb treatment, Maureen sounds phlegmy this morning.

• 10:05am Breakfast: Boiled egg with avocado and pear, and 5oz of apple juice. She coughed once with breakfast and three times while drinking water.

• Carolyn visits Maureen.

• 10:30am Oral care and facial routine performed.

• Applied Triamcinolone cream to her left hand dorsal bumps.

• Maureen got a little jumpy right after the Neb treatment, she calmed down about one later.

• 11:00am Kelsie arrives for Maureen’s weekly visit:

Some congestión in her lungs detected, continue treating with saline therapy recommended .

• Maureen closed her eyes and was very relaxed for about 15 minutes before her break.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Díaper is dry, dressed and headed to the patio for lunch.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Ñoquis with Alfredo’s sauce, and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once during meal.

• 1:00pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 8oz of lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 32oz.
