• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner while watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:10pm Dinner: Pork chop with Brussels sprouts, and a cup of cranberry juice. Coughed twice.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97, Pulse: 77, O2:97.
