• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner while having her massage session

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 102/60, P: 70

  O2: 96.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 5:10pm Dinner: Chicken casserole with peas,cauliflower sweet potato and cheese, and 5oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 98

         Pulse: 73

        O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
