Tuesday, July 15, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen recently woke up, accepted a few sips of water via swab and immediately went back to sleep.

• 9:00am Maureen’s asleep.

• 9:30am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:35am Blood pressure: 106/59, P: 73,

  O2: 93.

• 9:40am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a small-brownish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:00am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:02am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, boiled egg with avocado and pear, and 6oz prune juice with half cap of MiraLAX. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed once during breakfast.

• MiraLAX dosage: 1/2 cap

• 10:40am Oral care.

• 10:50am Saline Neb treatment.

• 11:00am Facial routine performed.

• As soon as she was done with her morning routine, Maureen closed her eyes and relaxed back completely for about 20 minutes.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:20pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:35pm Lunch: Spinach soup, shrimp salad with tomato, mango cake, and 9oz coconut water, by tablespoon. Maureen coughed four times and was able to release a big phlegm on her own for a second time today.

• Carolyn visits Maureen.

• 1:30pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her left side.

• 2:50pm First break ends. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper and a large-soft BM. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:10pm Sister Roberta arrives for Maureen’s massage session.

• 3:45pm Fruit snack: (melon/apple/banana).

• Total liquids ingested: 24oz.
